Malaga

 
Malaga has a lot to offer and is still quite warm during the day in November. Through Malaga you have acecess to chill resort type of city with beaches, hiking and lots of culture around it.

Malaga is well connected to most of North Europe by low-cost flights and that's the main reason it becomes the top choice in this list.

Catania

Catania is an ancient port city in Sicily and has the charms of a typical Italian city. If you only have couple of days, we recommend you to take a daily trip to the Etna volcano, Taormina and Savoca.

Taormina

Taormina sits near Mount Etna. The town has a cozy center with cobblestone and an ancient theater that is still active! There is a tiny island with a nature reserve as well.

Taormina is about 1 hour away from Catania.

Savoca

Savoca is close by to Taormina, so you can visit both on the same day. It is considered one of the most beautifui villages in Italy.

Tel Aviv

Tel Aviv is known for it's active nightlife and beautiful city beaches and is called "that never sleeps". It is also called "The White City" and is a UNESCO world heritage for it's Bauhaus architecture.

Jaffo (or Yafo) in the south of Tel Aviv is an ancient port, famous for the bibiical stories of Jonah.

Jerusalem is just 35-60 minutes away, where you can see the iconic Dome of the Rock and the three holy quarters: The Jewish Quarter with the Western Wall, The Christian Quarter with Church of Nativity and the Muslim Quarter.

Tenerife

Canary Islands are a bit further than any other point in Europe, that's why it makes them somehow still warm during winter, with 18° - 20° during the day.

Marrakech

The entire medina of Marrakech is a UNESCO site. Walking the streets of Medina, you can experience a typical life of an ancient Morrocan city.

There are other good winter destinations, however they don't have direct flights from many European countries and therefore not suitable for a quick weekend break.
