Diocletian's Palace
While walking around Split old city take a stop at the Diocletian's Palace that used to serve as a residence for the Roman emperor.

Saint Domnius Cathedral
known locally as the Sveti Dujam.
The cathedral is of a Roman Catholic denomination and is a complex with a church and two bell towers. It was built in the 4th century.

Mestrovic Gallery
Also called a Galerija Meštrović is a gallery museum for the works of the sculptor Ivan Mestrovic.
It was established in the year 1952.
In this museum you will find his most impressive works from sculpture to furniture to drawings.
Except to spend 1.5 hours and see 583 drawings, 291 architectural plans and 192 sculptures!

Klis Fortress
Get up a bit earlier to make it to the medieval fortress of Klis.
The fortress has a rich history and a lot of rulers during it's history.
You can take bus 22 to get there from Split.
